We build the AI that small businesses can actually use.
Bizuki started because a family member who runs a dental clinic kept missing after-hours calls, and every “AI receptionist” we tried was either a glorified phone tree or required a developer to set up.
Three problems no one was solving for small business.
Customers expect instant answers. If your website doesn’t reply at 9pm, the next tab over does. Speed-to-first-response is now the single biggest factor in whether a lead converts — and small businesses simply can’t staff that.
AI tools were built for engineers. Every “AI assistant” on the market expected you to write prompts, configure webhooks, integrate APIs. Most small business owners we talked to gave up before they finished onboarding.
Agencies were too expensive. The handful of agencies offering done-for-you AI receptionists charged $5,000 setup plus $500/month. Out of reach for the businesses that needed this most.
So we built Bizuki: a real AI assistant for small businesses, set up in fifteen minutes, priced like a Netflix subscription, with a real human on the other end of the support email. That’s the whole pitch.
Three things we hold ourselves to.
Built for the underdog
We don't build for the Fortune 500. We build for the family clinic, the boutique hotel, the husband-and-wife real estate office. The places that close at 6pm and want to stop missing the calls that come in at 9.
Useful before clever
Most AI tools are demos pretending to be products. We'd rather build something boring that captures three extra leads a week than something flashy that breaks twice a day.
